In response, ZZ Bearings established a dedicated project team to implement a comprehensive upgrade across the entire production process—from raw material selection to surface treatment techniques. The products were fabricated using high-strength weather-resistant steel; following sandblasting to remove rust, they were coated with a dual-layer system consisting of a zinc-rich epoxy primer and a polyurethane topcoat, totaling over 300 microns in thickness. Furthermore, critical components underwent additional hot-dip galvanizing treatment.

Throughout the manufacturing process, the Quality Control Department conducted rigorous salt spray testing on a random sample of every slewing bearing to ensure the coatings were free of bubbles and peeling. Additionally, to mitigate the risks associated with long-duration sea transit and high humidity, the packaging process incorporated a dual-protection system featuring vacuum-sealed anti-rust film combined with desiccant agents. During the pre-shipment inspection, the client's representatives highly commended the meticulous craftsmanship and robust anti-corrosion measures applied to the products, noting that ZZ Bearings' delivery speed and product quality had exceeded their expectations.
