In high-temperature industrial environments—such as metallurgical continuous casting operations, glass manufacturing, and cement kilns—equipment is frequently exposed to ambient temperatures of 200°C or even higher for extended periods. Under such operating conditions, standard slewing bearings often suffer from frequent failures caused by material annealing (leading to reduced hardness), cage deformation and jamming, or lubricant breakdown; these issues severely disrupt production continuity. To address this specific challenge, ZZ Bearings' Special Materials Laboratory dedicated two years to research and development, successfully launching a specialized, high-temperature-resistant slewing bearing capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°C.Prev : ZZ Worm Gear Slewing Drive: Load-Holding Capacity Increased by 30%
