In the fields of high-end CNC machine tools, industrial robots, and precision radar systems, the accuracy of slewing bearings directly determines the machining quality and positioning stability of the end equipment. For a long time, high-end demand within this niche market has been largely monopolized by brands from Europe, the US, and Japan. Recently, ZZ Bearings announced a major breakthrough in the realm of precision manufacturing: its newly launched XR series of precision crossed-roller slewing bearings has achieved stable control of radial and axial runout tolerances within ±0.03mm. This milestone marks the official entry of domestically produced precision bearings into the ranks of the world's top tier.

Underpinning this achievement is ZZ Bearings' comprehensive digital transformation of its entire production workflow. The company invested heavily to acquire five high-precision CNC grinding centers imported from Germany, and concurrently established a climate-controlled, ultra-clean assembly workshop featuring constant temperature and humidity. More importantly, the company has deployed an online inspection system based on machine vision technology. This system enables real-time, micron-level monitoring of the curvature and surface roughness of every raceway; should even a minute deviation in data be detected, the system automatically adjusts the machining parameters, thereby completely eliminating the uncertainties associated with manual operation.

According to the Technical Director, the XR series not only boasts exceptional precision but also features specially optimized rigidity. By adopting a four-row crossed-roller structure combined with precise preload control technology, the product exhibits minimal deformation even when subjected to complex overturning moments. In comparative testing conducted by a renowned robot body manufacturer, a robotic arm equipped with ZZ's XR series bearings achieved a repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm—fully meeting the rigorous demands of high-end applications such as semiconductor wafer handling and precision welding. Currently, the XR series is being supplied in small batches, and the company plans to triple its production capacity within the year to meet the surging market demand driven by the explosive growth of the domestic intelligent manufacturing sector.
