Our robotic bearing series is not a modified crane part; it is purpose-built from the ground up for automation. We primarily focus on two distinct architectures tailored to the dynamic needs of palletizing arms:
1. Crossed Roller Slewing Rings (RB/RA Series Equivalent)
Ideal for compact 4-axis palletizers where space is at a premium. These bearings feature cylindrical rollers arranged in a 90° V-groove raceway, alternating perpendicularly. This design provides superior moment load resistance in all directions—axial, radial, and tilting—within a minimal cross-section.
-
Best for: High-speed pick-and-place, SCARA-style adaptations, and lightweight payload robots (up to 50kg).
2. Thin-Section Ball Slewing Bearings (XS/XU Series Equivalent)
Designed for 6-axis articulated robots requiring smooth, continuous rotation. Utilizing deep-groove ball elements with full complement or cage-guided configurations, these units offer lower friction coefficients, enabling higher rotational speeds essential for rapid cycle times.

Best for: Heavy-duty palletizing (bags, boxes, drums), complex trajectory handling, and payloads exceeding 100kg.
